Llama Dance Party album covers

And now for something a little different... and for those of you who are sick to death of Sims 3 stuff. I decided to make some album art for Llama Dance Party, and took advantage of this opportunity to use some new and exciting cc (most notably the FRUIT machine hair recolours by monoblue from Garden of Shadows - so many of those colours are just perfect for the minty alien skin).

After a little playing around, I ended up with four different versions. Care to take a look and let me know what you think?

So which do you prefer? I have a couple I'm leaning towards, but I'd love to hear what you think.

I'm sorry, but I totally don't remember what LDP is supposed to sound like. (Or at least *that* album.)

Fr'instance, image 1 makes me think it's going to be really danceable and fun. Image 2
and image 3 are more generic so it's less of a big deal.

image for makes me think of an album either or slower songs, ballads, or lost & angry songs.

(I do like all of them, though I think 1 & 4 are my favs.)

I'm with you.

Is it happy/silly music (which is my take) or a "deeper" offering.

For happy/silly, I like #1.

For a "deeper" one I like #3 (it's still a little silly though).

You know, I'm not sure if I even want to explain what they sound like. I have a bunch of different bands that I'm kind of using as models in my head, but I might leave it open to interpretation.

I would definitely consider them a "fun" band, but the 4th one would still work in a tongue-in-cheek, arty sort of way.

It was interesting to see how people reacted to these, and the general consensus seems to agree with my own thoughts, which ranks them (from fav to least fav) 4, 3, 1, 2.
